This dooms most every consulting project’s output before it even starts.
The reason these companies are dysfunctional is because they are operating inside their own body and a) can’t see their own inefficiencies, b) are handcuffed through their own political layers or c) their own staff have given up hope and don’t care anymore … resulting in massive annual turnover.
